The Winnwell Hockey Garter Belt is designed to secure ice hockey socks to a player in a traditional way. It comfortably sits around the waist and has four straps that hang down with clamps at the end. These clamps clip on the front and back of each sock, ensuring they stay up and in place for the entirety of the game.
